What we collect

Account details you give us (company, name, email, phone), demo-booking answers, and product usage data. Tenant field data (jobs, homeowners, photos) belongs to the tenant that created it. We process it to run the service and never sell it.

Who processes it

Infrastructure and service providers under contract: hosting, storage, Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS), and email delivery. We share data with them only to operate the service.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. Ask us to delete your account data at the address above and we will, subject to legal retention duties.

Marketing email

Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address; opt-outs are honored immediately.
